If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website, applications, and services.

• “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “CXSnippets” refers to CXSnippets.
• “User,” “Customer,” “You” refers to any individual or entity using our website, apps, or services.
• “Apps” refers to ready-to-install Shopify applications developed and sold by CXSnippets.
• “Services” refers to custom Shopify development, consulting, or related professional services.
• “Shopify” refers to Shopify Inc. and its associated platform, APIs, and services.

CXSnippets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our website, apps, or services.

This limitation applies even if CXSnippets has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any assistance required to repair, modify, or service your Shopify store beyond standard support may be subject to additional charges.

CXSnippets provides licensed, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to its Shopify apps.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our apps
• Share license keys publicly
• Claim ownership of CXSnippets’ intellectual property
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

3.1 Support Services

Support is provided during the license validity period. Expired licenses are not eligible for support unless renewed.

All CXSnippets apps and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all third-party tools, or specific performance outcomes.

All content, apps, documentation, designs, and media on CXSnippets are the exclusive property of CXSnippets.

Customers retain ownership of their Shopify store content. However, CXSnippets retains ownership of:

• App source code
• Frameworks
• Reusable components
• Documentation and designs
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Payments for apps and services are accepted via approved digital payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. All prices are listed exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

CXSnippets reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or availability of apps and services at any time without prior notice.

Demo images, videos, and sample data used on our website or documentation are for demonstration purposes only. Customers are responsible for adding their own content to their Shopify stores.

Please note that the documentation may not always reflect the latest feature updates. Some features mentioned may be modified, added, or removed from the app over time. We are not responsible for any issues, losses, or outcomes that may occur due to outdated or missing information in the documentation.

CXSnippets apps operate on the Shopify platform and rely on Shopify APIs, policies, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for issues arising from:

• Shopify platform changes
• API deprecations
• Policy updates
• Platform outages
• Continued functionality may depend on Shopify’s ongoing compatibility.

CXSnippets may provide custom Shopify development or consulting services upon request.

• Scope, pricing, and timelines are defined via a written agreement or proposal
• Any work outside the agreed scope is billable
• Custom services do not guarantee sales, traffic, or conversion improvements
• Deliverables are considered accepted unless issues are reported within a reasonable timeframe

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Ownership of custom deliverables transfers only after full payment
• CXSnippets retains the right to reuse generic components, logic, and know-how
• Source code delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon

• Custom service payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• CXSnippets reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for policy violations
• Upon termination, access to apps, updates, and support may cease

CXSnippets apps or services may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, pricing, or performance. Use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

You agree to:

• Maintain backups of your Shopify store
• Provide accurate information and access
• Ensure legal compliance of your store
• Test changes before deploying to production
• CXSnippets is not liable for issues caused by user actions or misconfigurations.

Use of CXSnippets is subject to our Privacy Policy. We access Shopify store data only to provide our services and do not sell or misuse customer data.

You agree to indemnify and hold CXSnippets harmless from claims arising due to misuse of our apps, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where CXSnippets operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.

CXSnippets reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
